Refund policy

1. Right of Return

We offer a 14-day return period, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • in the same condition as received,

  • unworn and unused,

  • with all tags attached,

  • in its original packaging,

  • accompanied by proof of purchase.


2. How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved, you will receive:

  • return instructions,

  • information on where and how to send the package.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our production model, certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • print-on-demand products and custom-made items,

  • personalized or special orders,

  • intimate garments such as underwear, swimwear, bikinis, sports bras, and similar items,

  • sale items and limited-time collections,

  • subscriptions and gift cards.

Exception:
Print-on-demand products may be eligible for a refund or replacement only if:

  • the item has a defective print,

  • the item is damaged,

  • an incorrect product was received.


5. Sustainability Notice

Each product is created specifically for you after an order is placed.
This on-demand production model helps reduce overproduction and waste. We encourage thoughtful purchasing decisions and thank you for supporting responsible design practices.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:

  1. return the original item (if eligible), and

  2. place a new order once the return has been approved.


7. European Union – Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet the same conditions outlined above (unused, unworn, with tags, in original packaging, with proof of purchase).


8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • the refund will be issued to your original payment method,

  • refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment provider.
