Order
To place an order, simply select the products you are interested in, click "Add to Cart" and then proceed to checkout. There, you will fill in your shipping details and choose your preferred payment method. Once the process is complete, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Yes, you can change an order that has already been submitted unless it has the status of Being Fulfilled.
Note that changing a product within an order (e.g. altering a product's variant or size) that has the "Waiting for Fulfillment" status will reset the order deadline. This may result in a longer fulfillment time. However, changing a shipping address or rate will not reset the order deadline. If you notice an error or want to change something in your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will try to help you as soon as possible. Remember, quick response is key!
After placing your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the courier's website or in the "My Orders" section on our portal.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We aim to process orders promptly, but if the order has not yet been dispatched, we will be able to cancel it. If the order has already been dispatched, you will need to return it upon receipt.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated time, please check the status of your shipment using your tracking number. In the event of disruptions due to holidays or other peak periods, delivery times may be longer.
